Marine Wharf is a new vibrant destination for London’s Dockside. Located only a few minutes from Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations, residents can benefit from quick and easy access to London Bridge, Canary Wharf and beyond.

Located in South East London, Marine Wharf is made up of two high-end apartment blocks. A Plus Windows and Doors were contracted by SEH Commercial to supply dual colour aluminium windows and doors, as well as curtain screening. The high aesthetic of all three and their high-end functionality suited both the brief and the end user. The bespoke frames were installed on support brackets, either onto concrete slabs or to the MET-SEC wall construction. Once the external walls are in situ, the SAPA frames have a sill and head external pressings fitted, which are all bespoke and high quality.

The curtain walling is fitted with a high performance, toughened and soft coat emissivity glazing. This contemporary feature walling not only fulfils the client’s brief, but is also a sustainable solution to providing thermal and sound insulation.
