The role is split between supporting the estimating team and business development. Daniel shadowed industry stalwart and former sales manager, Clive Barham for six months before Clive retired at the end of 2022.
Previously, Daniel had been in trade sales at another fabrication business in Watford where he progressed from estimator to sales manager. When he applied to A Plus Aluminium, he was seeking a fresh challenge.
“A Plus offers so much more both personally and professionally,” says, Daniel. “The dual role means I can add real value, but the greatest reward is the opportunity to work across different sectors as A Plus operates in commercial, residential and trade sales.”
Daniel has been set an ambitious target for the trade division in 2023. “I’m currently exploring ways of achieving this,” continues, Daniel. “I’m fortunate to have brought on some new customers already but I am equally keen to develop business and relations with our existing customer base – finding new and better ways to support them. 2022 was a good year for A Plus so I hope to build on that success.”
A Plus works with several leading systems houses ensuring a product offer that meets the needs of both residential and project clients.
