Jon Palethorpe
With over three decades in the aluminium industry, Jon Palethorpe is a driving force behind A+ Aluminium’s continued success. As Co-Managing Director, he combines deep industry knowledge with a customer-focused approach, helping to deliver innovative aluminium solutions and outstanding service. Jon is also an active voice within the wider industry, contributing his expertise through leadership roles that support the growth and development of the aluminium sector.
Steve Warr
Steve Warr has been a key part of A Plus Aluminium’s journey since joining the business in 2005. As Co-Managing Director, he leads the operational side of the company, ensuring the highest standards of manufacturing, service, and efficiency across the business. His hands-on approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to quality have helped drive A Plus Aluminium’s growth while maintaining the family values and customer-focused ethos at the heart of the company.
Daniel Charlesworth
With extensive experience across estimating, sales, and business development, Daniel Charlesworth plays an important role in supporting A+ Aluminium’s trade customers. His industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help ensure every project runs smoothly, from initial enquiry through to final delivery. Daniel is passionate about building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth across the business.
Neil Weiser
Neil has been with the company almost since inception and has seen much change, growth and improvement over his 36 years with the business. In that time he has manufactured, estimated, order processed and offered technical support to thousands of clients and is now a lynchpin in our customer service team.
Naobh O’Donoghue
Naobh (pronounced Neave), joined the business to work in school holidays, then carried on working for us during her University years, and then joined full time thereafter 13 years ago. Naobh has also fulfilled many key roles in the organisation mainly focused on estimating and order processing and now leads the Administration teams.
Mihai Plamadeala
Having joined 14 years ago as a fabricator, Mihai quickly progressed to leading the manufacturing team and works with our operational team to ensure safe, efficient, high quality and timely output is achieved across both manufacturing sites.
Kevin Rowlands
Joined the business in 2008 and has been heading our Financial team since that time ensuring we have timely and accurate financial reporting for the shareholders, and good metrics to enable sound decision making.
